John Bezdek (Will Dowers) - Shiny Things marks John's first production with PDP. He was very active in theatre throughout high school, but despite his love of it decided to attend U of I and study Mechanical Engineering. He doesn't plan to switch majors, and loves the idea of cultivating both sides of his brain. Enjoy the show! |

James Laird (Shy, Priest) - James was recruited at the age of two to perform as a trained circus monkey, passing the happiest seven years of his life with his dear friends Bobo and Spanky. Unfortunately, when his species was finally established scientifically, he was forced leave the circus and take up the life of an iternerant brain surgeon. Finding the work too dull for his tastes, he quickly became a lamp-lighter in old London town, then a deep-sea explorer off the coast of France. After a brief stint as the crime-fighting ward of an eccentric billionare, he returned to Chambana to secure his life-long ambition as an actor in Jim Trapp's plays. |

Darwin Schafer (Viewer, Mikey) - One day Darwin and a few of his fellow actors decided to stop at a "Bakers Square" to have some pie. He ordered a piece of "European Truffle" and was then told they were out. However, while exiting the building he discovered six "European Truffle Pies" in the display case up front. This hurt Darwin so bad, he had to do something. So, to ease his suffering, he contacted the national headquarters. As of now, they have not responded. But rest assured that one day Darwin will get his revenge. And his pie. |

STEVE!
Steve Stetak (tech chief, set design) - This is Steve's bio. Read Steve's bio. Steve's bio is good. You like Steve's bio. Don't you like Steve's bio? Right now you are probably thinking "Steve's bio has no point." You are wrong. Steve's bio is good. Steve's bio has a point. You do not see the point of Steve's bio. Steve thinks that this is unfortunate. Steve's bio is shiny. |

Mike Tolhurst (Gabe, Shy, Other Man) - Mike is a neophyte when it comes to theatre. Aside from sometechnical work in high school and a small role in a ten minute play, he is inexperienced. However he is very excited to have a role in this show and would like to thank the members of PDP for being awesome and of course Jim Trapp for all his hard work. |
Jim Trapp (Narrator, God, writer, misc.) - Yes, I really wrote all this stuff. I would like to thank my cast and crew for putting up with me and that whole "being Jim Trapp" thing I've got going on. |
Theresa Winters (Elderly Woman) - Since becoming the Managing Director of PDP in January, Theresa Winters has been ending her name with "MD". Doesn't that sound much more, well, professional than just plain old "Theresa Winters who's supposed to be graduating in May and doesn't know what she's doing with her life but is certainly glad she became involved with PDP her freshman year"? It's a lot shorter too. And she can fool people into thinking she's a doctor. |
